At Charles A. Dean Memorial Hospital & Nursing Home, we believe that access to the highest quality care to the residents and visitors to the Moosehead Lake region is our highest priority. The Quality Matters Report is a part of our ongoing commitment to raise the bar and exceed the expectations of our customers by sharing with you how we compare with accepted industry standards in clinical quality and patient satisfaction. By sharing our scores we hope to give you added confidence in your choice of C.A. Dean as your healthcare provider. Of course, there is always room for improvement, and we are continuously striving for better performance. Still, we are proud of our performance on many of the measures you will see in our Quality Matters Report. It is our promise to you that we will continue to work to meet and exceed your expectations.
